On-site camping is encouraged Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.

Friday August 9th

Festival kicks off at 5PM with live music to start at 6PM

6-10PM - Live local music

Sunset - Bonfire is lit

Saturday August 10th

Main day for events! All vendors will be open on Saturday.

7AM - Ancient Oaks kitchen is open for hot water, tea, fruit and oatmeal.

---

8AM - Vendors arrive and begin set up in Prairie Shelter.

8AM - Cow arrives.

---

9AM - Vendors open for public until 4 pm. 

9AM - Child care begins, ongoing until 5 pm. 

9AM - Workshops begin. All sessions will be 45 minutes unless specified. 

9AM - ATV/Trailer Water Wagon begins, every 60 minutes until 5 pm. 

9AM - Morning Yoga by Katie Eckert of Soul Side Healing Arts.

9AM - Panther Creek Survival Skills camp site open to visitors, drop in available until 4pm .

9AM - Learn to Canoe and Learn to fish begins, drop in available until 4 pm. 

9AM - Learn the Fine Art of Fly Fishing by Robert Rowe (at Prairie Pavilion on dry land).

10AM - Coal Trail Geology hike by Ed Stermer (90 minutes). 

10AM - Restoration workday begins (4 hours). See FORG table for information and tools.

10AM - Native Planting workshop begins (4 hours). See FORG table for information, tools and plants. 

10AM - Soil under the Microscope by Haystack Gardens and Diverse Metamorphosis.

11AM - Watershed Macroinvertebrates 

11AM - Native American walking sticks in the Tipi. Ends at 1PM.

11:30AM - Coal Trail Geology hike returns.

12PM - Family Yoga by Soul side or other.

12PM - Peoria Astronomical Society Solar viewing begins (two hours).

1PM - Herbal Walk and Preparation (90 minutes)

7AM - Kitchen breakfast for everyone facilitated by David. Free but donations welcome.

7AM - Canoes available for personal use at pond ( no transportation, no guides).

12-1:30PM - Healing the Watershed Discussion

Based on final report of Baxter Woodman Study with Jack Myrna of FORG/FKC, USDA Josh Joseph, Reema Abi-Akar of TCRPC, and Sarah Wenzel of Baxter & Woodman.

2PM - Jimmy Lakota Respect our Roots program 90 minutes.
